Sustainability is at the heart of Frank Water’s work. To ensure our projects last long into the future, capacity building is central to our approach. Every project includes an element of education and training for those people supporting the communities we work in. These include health workers, midwives, teachers and local leaders. By ‘training the trainer’ to pass on techniques, knowledge and skills, we can amplify our impact and reach many more people.
