Finance trustee
Voluntary role
We are looking for someone with experience in finance and accounting (or similar skills and experience) to join our charity board and support the finance team.
The impact you’ll have: As a Finance Trustee you’ll provide strategic input, approve budgets and ensure efficient governance and compliance with charity law. You’ll also support the small Frank Water team using your experience to help them save time and improve ways of working.
Non-executive Director (CIC Board)
Voluntary role
We are looking for a Non-executive Director to join our board and help shape the future of our CIC. If you have events, festivals, enterprise or food & drink industry experience (or similar) we would love to hear from you.
The impact you’ll have: As a Non-Executive Director you’ll help grow our UK-based initiatives, such as our Festival refill services, water coolers and glass-bottled spring water. You”ll support the Frank Water team with strategic direction, networks, introductions and key decisions.

There are currently no permanent vacancies at Frank Water. However, we are looking for freelancers to join our Festival team this summer!
Festival Refill Lead
Salary: £14.00 per hour (including free access to the relevant festival)
Seasonal Freelance, up to 40 hours per festival, dependent on festivals.
Frank Water’s UK-based social enterprise delivers various services that not only raise funds to support our charitable programmes but also reinforce our mission to inspire a more sustainable approach to water. Our Festival Refill service is a no waste alternative to single-use, with 100% of profits reinvested in our charitable mission. The role will predominantly be on-site at festivals with some pre and post event management completed from home or from the Frank Water office. You will be required to manage your time effectively.
Job Purpose
To lead the delivery of Frank Water’s festival refill service. You will lead a team of festival volunteers and oversee all technical and operational elements of the service, ensuring a reliable service, strong sales and high customer engagement.
