Kate joined FRANK Water as a Trustee in 2010. She is a PR, Public Affairs and Communications Advisor. Previous roles include Head of Communications and Strategy for Creative England and Communications Manager for BBC Journalism across the South of England. Kate has a strong interest in international relations stemming from her role at the British Council managing UK communications for their overseas operations. Kate began her career as a Researcher in Parliament working for the Chair of the Intelligence and Security Committee.
Max Campbell-Jones joined the Board of Trustees in 2014. He is currently Finance Director at Go-Pak UK Ltd. Previous roles include Finance Director at VADO, Finance Director at St Gobain Performance Plastics Rencol Ltd, Financial Controller at Occam DM Ltd and Financial Controller at Dyson.
Peter Davies joined Frank Water as a trustee in September 2016. Having developed a career in retail operations he moved into the training and development field, working in the off licence sector before moving to Cancer Research UK in 2002. He managed the Training Department for the retail chain before becoming a Senior Fundraising Manager for their community fundraising team. In 2015 he founded his own learning and development consultancy providing training, coaching and facilitation services, primarily for the third sector.
Jon Elford joined FRANK Water as a trustee in 2011. He works as Assurance & Risk Manager for BBC Media Action, a development INGO specialising in media’s role in development. Jon has a passion for water and sanitation, and had his introduction to International Development working for WaterAid. Jon is a Chartered Accountant, with a background in audit and IT risk management, qualifying with KPMG.
Alison Paine joined Frank Water as a Trustee in October 2016. Professionally qualified in computing and marketing, Alison’s early career was in software development, sales, marketing and publishing. She moved into strategic marketing consultancy in 1987 and spent 15 years delivering consultancy and training to more than 100 mainly software, IT and high-technology businesses. From 1990-93 she led a three year government funded project advising the Indian software industry on its export marketing strategy, and directly supporting 20 Indian companies. Alison joined the third sector in 2003 as Director of Business Development of the National Autistic Society, before moving to Bath in 2007 and becoming a Trustee and later Vice Chair of Brunelcare in Bristol, and a Non-Executive Director of AWP NHS Trust.
Andrew joined FRANK Water as a trustee in 2010. He is currently the Director of Business Development at VSO International. Andrew was once a Public Health and Water engineer, later broadening his international programme experience before going to London Business School. Previous roles include Director of Development at International Alert, CEO at Action for Brazil's Children Trust and the Street Child World Cup and Managing Director at Solaraid.
