Sculpture by Rebecca Hawkins.  A Better View’ speaks to the freedom that Frank Water’s work provides. Women and girls are saved from walking with heavy water pots on their heads in order to collect water to drink, wash, and cook. Girls can now go to school, and women have the time to earn extra income for their families, who are surviving on very little.
