Ritu (she/her) coordinates our Systems Strengthening programmes and funding in India, Nepal and Kenya, leading our WASH Tapp Development in Kenya and developing the Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) framework for Frank Water. Ritu has a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Environmental Change and International Development from the University of Sheffield and has previously worked with various International Development organisations.
Her areas of interest include advocating for embedding intersectionality in systems thinking and social and environmental justice in WASH and the wider water sector. She is keen on data and analytics culture and cross-disciplinary/sector knowledge sharing. She identifies herself as a naturalistic pantheist and outside her work she pursues her hobbies in film/commercials and photography.
