A group of Bristol children, inspired by hearing Moksha Roy speak about why she’s supporting Frank Water, decided to try their hand at raising some money for safe water.
Roxy and her friends Erica, Alma, Erin and Violet raised £100 selling handmade greetings cards to neighbours in Montpelier, Bristol. Roxy, aged 10, told us “when I learned that there are children just like me who can’t go to school because they need to help their mums collect water everyday I wanted to do something to help. It was so much fun designing cards with my friends and then being really brave and telling people that Frank Water gives people safe water to drink so they donated lots of money“.
An enormous thank you to Roxy and her friends and congratulations for their incredible achievement.
