Jack joined Frank Water as a trustee from July 2018, having moved to Bristol following three years working in WASH at Kakuma Refugee Camp, Kenya. He first became involved with Frank Water as part of a volunteer project while completing a Master’s degree in Biochemical Engineering at the University of Bath. Soon after this he volunteered for an organisation in India with which Frank later partnered. He then spent time designing and commissioning water and wastewater treatment plants in Australia, where he was also Vice President of the South Australia chapter of Engineers Without Borders. He’s now Senior Process Engineer at Nijhuis Aquatic Water Services and a Chartered Chemical Engineer, and likes surfing, live music, and adventures.
