Head of Operations and Finance

Salary scale: £35,000 – £40,000 per annum, pro rata
Hours of work: 21 hours per week (part-time, permanent, flexible hours)

Role Reports To: CEO / Board
Direct Reports: Finance and Administration Assistant
Role Location: Home based with expectations of working from Bristol office at least one day per week

As a key, new member of our senior leadership team and reporting directly to the CEO and Board, this role is pivotal in ensuring the efficient operation and financial sustainability of our organisation. The successful candidate will play a key role in achieving our ambitious strategy, leading on all aspects of our operations and finances, requiring a combination of strategic vision, operational prowess, and financial acumen.

Commercial Manager

Salary scale: £34,000-£39,000, per annum, pro rata
Hours of work: 24.5 hours per week (part-time, permanent, flexible hours)
Reporting to: Head of Development
Home based with expectations of working from central Bristol office at least one day per week.

Frank Water is seeking to appoint a new Commercial Manager to a permanent contract, joining a small, passionate team. Initially this role is offered part time with flexible working hours, with the scope to grow in line with revenue generation.  The purpose of the role is to develop and implement commercial services for Frank Water Enterprise in line with the organisational strategy and values. This role will build strong, long term commercial partnerships with businesses and customers who are committed to delivering social value through their purchasing choices.

Programme and Funding Coordinator

Salary scale: £26,000 – £30,000 per annum, pro rata
Hours of work: 21 hours per week (part-time, permanent, flexible hours)
Reporting to: Head of Programmes & Funding
Home based with expectations of working from central Bristol office at least one day per week.

Reporting directly to the Head of Programmes and Funding, you will play a pivotal role in planning, developing, and submitting trust proposals aligned with our organisational strategy and values.  You’ll build lasting relationships with trusts and foundations through effective communication, ensuring our funding needs are clearly communicated. Additionally, you’ll support learning, monitoring, and evaluation activities across all our overseas programmes, translating impactful data into valuable insights for our wider fundraising and communications team.

Photo Editor – Volunteer

At Frank Water, we’re looking for someone who can help us inspire support by making the images we use in print and digital, really stand out from the crowd.

Inspiring, eye-catching and thought-provoking images are the backbone of Frank Water’s comms. If you have an eye for detail, graphic design experience and are comfortable using Adobe Creative Cloud to edit images (and occasionally video) we’d love to hear from you!

There’s no minimum number of hours or timeframe for this role – any time you can give is useful and valuable. We’ll provide you with access to Adobe CC but remote working is preferred due to limited office space! If you’ve got a couple of hours to spare every week / month or quarter, get in touch!
