WOMAD 2012: our best FreeFill yet...

We’re back in the office after an amazing time at WOMAD 2012 - our most successful festival to date. Four days of sunshine and scorching heat meant one thing: thirsty people.
Thanks to the weather and to you fantastic FreeFillers, we sold 2686 bottles - a FreeFill record and a big step towards our target of selling 10,000 by the end of the festival season.
A massive thank you to everyone who bought a bottle or a wristband, and for taking part in our face painting, raffle and competition.

We had 45 volunteers at the festival to keep things running smoothly and to keep festival goers hydrated. This is what one of them had to say about their FreeFill experience:

"It was fun volunteering for Freefill  - I really enjoyed it.  Everyone was friendly and helpful and there was a really good  atmosphere. The stand was professional and looked impressive which I thought gave a good impression of the charity - but it was also relaxed and welcoming at the same time.  I felt quite proud to be working for a charity that was doing some thing valuable for a really good cause but it was also raising money in a worthwhile way - by providing a service that made sense and was appreciated by festival goers.  I thought the balance of work for volunteers was just right - not too long but you felt you had made a contribution.  Thanks for the opportunity!"

If you were at WOMAD and bought a FreeFill bottle, send us a photo of your bottle at the festival to competition@frankwater.com to be in with a chance to win tickets for next years festival!
